    Mr. Alok Pandey is having more than 15+ years of experience in Human Resources from different industries. He had done B-tech (ECE) & MBA in HRM. Presently associated with PTPL as Head Of People Operations since August 2010. He is a Qualified Professional in Human Resources offering a 15+year HR and Admin career distinguished by commended performance and proven results. Extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance, welfare, Succession planning, complete site and factory administration etc. Demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing team building programs, corporate policies, job descriptions and management reports.
